Hike at Mount Lindo – Saturday, May 16 – 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Join us as we hike to the top of Mount Lindo. Bring your hiking boots, sunblock, water, lunch or snacks, and enjoy a 3-hour hike on this moderately easy trail (gravel road). The first half of the hike is uphill. There are no facilities, just trees so plan accordingly. There is a picnic table at the top for eating snacks or an early lunch. Great views of Denver, Chatfield Reservoir, etc.
Plan to meet Scott at the trailhead parking lot. The coordinates for this location are: 39.60880° N, 105.22856° W. There is limited parking. More parking is available at Tiny Town for those who want to carpool a quarter mile to the trailhead. The coordinates for Tiny Town parking are: 39.60240° N, 105.22292° W.
We will walk up a maintained dirt road that has almost no traffic. There is a great view from the top!
