 k campfire waffles in the evening air. You have th
 e headwaters of the Mississippi River starting in 
 Itasca State Park\, a natural history museum\, and
  old town Bemidji with many quaint shops. Besides 
 fishing\, there is plenty to do\; nature hikes and
  bike rides\, canoeing and kayaking at camp\, a da
 y hike at Itasca State Park to see the headwaters 
 of the Mississippi\, as well as shopping in the qu
