COFA is hosting a Self Defense Class for Women and people over 50 on Thursday June 1st from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy walking to our car or walking at the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.

The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from a kidnapping.

You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.

It makes for some fun party tricks when you can get out of duct tape, zip ties, and handcuffs

This is a class for those over 50, or females 18 and older.
