At COFA we love women to feel comfortable and empowered while holding and using their firearms for target practice or self-defense.
This event will be supervised by women, to women, in the hopes of allowing a common view of learning for all the basic knowledge and getting as comfortable as possible with a firearm.
During this time, women will learn the four universal rules of firearm safety as well as the responsibilities of a firearm owner and the five fundamentals of shooting.
The women attending will also learn the difference between semi-automatic handguns and revolvers. There will be a basic understanding of ammunition and what happens when a firearm is fired, as well as understanding and working through the different malfunctions of your firearm.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time for sign-in. Check-in with Leslie.
For more information, you can call Leslie at 303.909.3707 or email her at email@example.com.
