COFA is hosting a Self-Defense Class for Women and people over 50 on Thursday, September 7th, from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy hiking in the woods, walking to our car, or walking at the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.
The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and techniques to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from a kidnapping.
You can observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.
This is a class for those over 50, or females 18 and older.
Scott Aurand will be the instructor. If you have any questions please call Scott at 720.280.7833
COFA is an All-Volunteer, non-denominational, designated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your tax deductible suggested donation of $10 goes toward training materials/equipment and is greatly appreciated!
