Volunteer Information
COFA is seeking volunteers for regional coordinators and state directors. these are to be like-minded Christian men and women who have a love for the outdoors and seek to spread the Word of God through the outdoors. You will contact Pastors, churches, Christian newspapers, christian radio and secular mass media outlets, about COFA's ministry in your area.
The person who feels called to any of these positions must be well organized, detailed and have the ability to communicate, this is extremely important since you will be talking to Pastors,radio, television and newspapers.
Individuals who take on these positions will help in setting up COFA events in their respective states or regions. Regional directors will appoint state directors and communicate with them as to what events are being sponsored and who the contact person is.
There is no set amount of time that is required for individuals who feel God is calling them to a volunteer position with COFA. All we ask is that you pray about your time commitment and the involvement that is needed, and work with-in that time frame.
If you're a retired Christian and want to become involved in an outdoor-based ministry in your community, and have the time to commit to seeing COFA grow in your area and your state, or want to become involved on the national level, I would like to talk to you.
COFA is looking for these enthusiasts-hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, 4-wheeling, horse people, boating, ATV people, shooting sports, (target & reloading). wildlife photographers and videographers. If you have a love for any of these and want to use your God-given talents and share them with others at an COFA event, let us know. We certainly encourage you to get involved with sharing your love for the Lord and the outdoors in the area's that God has blessed you in, what ever that hobby or interest may be.
