Whats the best powder For accuracy and power that I can use
for 357mag 140gr jhp and 38 spl +p 125gr jhp
out of a 2 1/2in barrel?

If that barrel was 6" or longer, H110/W296/2400 would be the standby's. But with that snubby, those powders in .357 will give lots of muzzle blast and not much velocity improvement over the .38+P. I had a couple of S&W 2 1/2" 19's years ago, and I used Power Pistol or Unique and either 125 Sierra JHP or Hornady XTP for .357 loads. For the .38 +P try AA7 or AA5 with the Speer 135 GDHP. These all use standard (not magnum) primers like Winchester WSP.
