Psyllium Husk is a very good natural fiber food that is good for our body health and fitness.
Psyllium husk lowers blood cholesterol level hence save from heart related issues.
Psyllium husk improves digestive system and its a good treatment of chronic constipation.
Psyllium is also a good treatment of diarrhea. For constipation it should be used in absolute wet form and for diarrhea it should be used in dry form with juice or milk like pills. Don't use it in dry form alone it may be harmful your stomach.
