ya, we need a QB and bad, I was ready to go play, even with a bad shoulder. Now we have a tough game ahead of us, the Denver Bronco's.

Family, his grandson has leukemia and he feels the need to be at home this next year. Priorities are 1st with that Man. I say good for him.

Go Pack!

Postby Deerslayer » Mon Jan 14, 2008 7:14 am

Well I couldn't have asked for a better outcome of this weekend's NFC games. Considering Brett Favre's record when playing in Dallas, all of us cheeseheads are very grateful that the NFC Championship game will be at Lambeau next weekend.

Deerslayer, I am with you. I will be cheering the Packers, even though I am a Vikings fan. GO PACKERS!

Despite the fact that they beat my hometown Seahawks, I'm rooting for Green Bay. Of course, I'm not rooting for them that loudly. I'd also like to see the Patriots rewarded for their hard work by going undefeated. I also really like Peyton Manning, but that's not going to happen now.

As long as "America's Team" doesn't win, I'll be fine.

The problem with the Packers is that you never know which team is going to show up from week to week. Sometimes they look unstoppable and other times, well let's face it they can really stink up the place. Now that the Packers are out I too would like to see the Giants win. The way that the Giants have played as of late they definitely deserve to be in the Super Bowl. I hope that they can treat this game as just one more road game and pull off an upset.

I'd like to see a perfect season...if for no other reason than that I'm tired of hearing about the '72 Dolphins. The game has changed a lot since then (which may be why nobody else has done it) and I like seeing hard work and great planning rewarded.
