I have heard some folks say it is, what say you?

Mike:

The list might be smaller to ask what is not going up. I bought new .44 mag brass about 5 years ago for $15 a hundred. Last week I saw it for $35 a hundred. What got me was AA shot shells were $6.95 a box or a case of 10 was on "sale" for $69.50. Guess they thought most people weren't smart enough to do the math. Seems like you should get some discount when you buy in case lots.

It must be difficult for a young man with a family to support to get into hunting with the costs involved.

I bought a small keg some years ago at 5 bucks a pound. I have no idea what it's going for these days.
